Dustin Sleva – From D2 Underdog to EuroLeague with Zalgiris | The Baseline

Dustin Sleva’s journey is what overseas basketball is all about.

From Shippensburg University (NCAA Division II), Sleva built his career from the ground up—earning everything through consistency, toughness, and winning.

He spent five seasons with Paris Basketball, helping turn the club into a serious name in European basketball and playing a key role in their rise through the French system. From there, his journey took him across top leagues in Germany (BBL), Spain (ACB), and Turkey—before reaching one of the highest levels in the world with Žalgiris Kaunas in the EuroLeague.

This is a story about betting on yourself, embracing the grind, and proving that there’s more than one path to the top.
