Guided by faith, from the PNW to ISR. The journey of CJ Elleby.

On Episode 8 of The Baseline Podcast in 2026, we sit down with CJ Elleby, a former NBA wing who’s continued carving out his path in professional basketball overseas. From starring at Washington State to hearing his name called in the NBA Draft and competing at the highest level, CJ opens up about the realities of chasing the game across different stages of his career,  and how his faith has guided him through all.

He keeps it real about the transition from college to the league, adapting to new systems and countries, and what it takes to stay locked in when your role shifts. We dive into confidence, resilience, and the mindset of a player who understands that the journey doesn’t stop just because the spotlight changes.
