From Pro Player to Building the Overseas Basketball Network | Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens has experienced overseas basketball from every angle.

After playing Division I basketball at Monmouth, competing in the NBA D-League, and building a professional career across multiple countries, Kevin turned his experience into something bigger by creating OverseasX, a platform designed to connect and support the global basketball community.

Kevin joins The Baseline to talk about the realities of playing overseas, what players need to know before signing abroad, the role of agents, contracts and money, adjusting to life in another country, and the problems he believes still exist within the overseas basketball industry.

We also get into his journey from player to entrepreneur, why he created OverseasX, and his vision for building a worldwide network for players, coaches, agents, teams and others across the basketball industry.
